Concerns have been raised about alleged cross-contamination of food at two top hotels in KwaZulu-Natal following an incident where two Muslim culinary students were denied from continuing their internships after allegedly refusing to shave off their beards.

Radio Islam spoke to the Managing Director of the South African National Authority’ Ml Muhammad Saeed Navlakhi.
