A bride shared her invitation on a Facebook page, but her invitation went viral shortly after.

The wedding invitation envelope was indeed unique as it included a litter card to serve as a warning to the guest. She had gone on to start the post by saying that she knows it is a little unheard of; she continues to justify her reason as the post goes on. Her post includes a card that reads, “we pay per plate if you RSVP and don’t make it, you will be requested to pay the $100 (about R1300,) from you and each person in your party.”

The post included that due to the effects of COVID-19 and having to cut down, the bride is doing this guilt-free as weddings are expensive.

The big question is, who will collect the no show fees?
