Why Israel? The Anatomy of Zionist Apartheid – A South African Perspective is one of the most hard-hitting books on Israeli Apartheid to be released in South Africa.

These sentiments were echoed by co-author Firoz Osman. He said that writing a book is sometimes harder than practicing medicine and although he and Suraya were both involved in their daily work and activities, the book managed to get written and published.
