In line with Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia has announced its high-speed train, the Al-Haramain Express has launched the first hujjaj’ voyage to Makkah.
More than 170 hujjaj from different nationalities travelled on the train to Al-Rusaifa station in Makkah on Thursday.
Many hujjaj expressed thanks and appreciation to the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the good reception and services provided for the comfort of hujjaj.
At the same time, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reports more than 1.3 million hujjaj have arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for hajj.
According to statistics issued by the General Directorate of Passports, the number of hujjaj arriving by air stood at 1,245,303 while 76,199 arrived by land and 14,924 hujjaj by sea.
