The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has released their dates of payments for February 2023. The agency has stated that there is no need to rush to withdraw the payment on the first day, as the money will remain in an account until it is needed.

Older Person’s Grant will be paid from Thursday February 2, 2023. This will include any grants linked to these accounts.

Disability Grants will be paid on Friday February 03, 2023. This also includes any grants liked to these accounts.

Any other grant will be paid from Monday February 06, 2023.

More than 50% of the South African population relies on SASSA assistance.
