500g honey
3 Tbsp clove powder
3 Tbsp ginger
4 Tbsp ground Kurunji
1 bottle Kurunji oil
Take ½ tsp morning and evening

1 cinnamon stick
6 Black pepper corns
6 Rasins
1tsp aniseed
1 tsp linseed
2 tsp basil
Put in water and boil. Strain and drink. Drink twice a day.

2 litres of water
2 finger size fresh ginger
2 Tbsp Blackseeds
1 lemon squeezed
Honey to taste
Boil for about 10 minutes. Place in jug refrigerate. Warm before drinking.
