Radio Islam International Scoops Six Nominations at Liberty Radio Awards 2018

Alhamdulillah, Radio Islam International is honoured to announce that we have scooped 6 nominations in the Liberty Radio Awards for 2018.

The Liberty Radio Awards competition recognizes the very best of South Africa’s on-air and behind the scenes radio talent.

In previous years Radio Islam International scooped multiple nominations and awards in various categories of the competition.

This is an indication of the consistent fervent efforts, commitment and dedication of Radio Islam International staff and also the high level of Islamic and secular content broadcast on our station to our loyal listeners, locally and internationally. 

In the category of community radio, Radio, Radio Islam International has received the following nominations:

 

  • Breakfast Show Presenter Finalist – Ml. Sulaiman Ravat
  • Drama Programme – Heartbreak 
  • News & Actuality – Sabaahul Muslim
  • News & Actuality – The Daily Roundup
  • News Bulletin Reader – Mohammed Ameen Dhabelia 
  • Station Imaging – Radio Islam 

 

We ask the community and listeners to continue supporting Radio Islam International in our efforts to broadcast cutting edge programs that have and continue to leave an indelible mark on the community, the country and world at large.

Winners are expected to be announced on 14 April 2018.
