The National Health regulatory is proposing new changes to the health care act. This will include mandatory mask wearing indoors, state isolation if a person refuses to self isolate, maintain 1m social distancing, mandatory medical examinations if a person contracts or is in contract with a medical condition amongst other restrictions based on covid-19 regulations.
Currently there is over 40 000 submissions to just one of the petitions in circulation.
With more than 7000 individual submissions to the Department of Health. As experts warn that the country is being prepped for a permanent state of undeclared lockdown and medical crisis.
Radio Islam discusses this with founder of the petition, Jill Brunner.
She says ordinary people on the street are not aware of the amendments to the health regulations act which is a concern.
“I am concerned about all the proposed changes [the amendment] limit[s] constitutional rights to human dignity, the freedom of movement and our bodily integrity,” says Brunner.
As stipulated, on 5 May these regulations if not objected to can be implemented into the health regulatory act.
