Pakistan has shot down two Indian fighter jets inside its airspace as tensions escalate a day after India bombed targets in Pakistan.
The development comes as Indian officials say at least three Pakistani combat jets entered the airspace over Indian-administered Kashmir but returned after being intercepted by Indian Air Force planes.
Tensions escalate as the two countries push its military battle on its borders with Kashmir.
Professor Ejaz Haider told Radio Islam that the two countries are in a spiral.
“With this information, Pakistan responded, the Indians responded back so it’s just going to go on.”
Haider says despite Pakistan being smaller than India, the military knows how to respond and can stand on its own.”
