One Killed in Crash Involving Military Vehicle in Soweto

One person has been killed in a fatal accident in Soweto.

The collision happened just before 7am on Tuesday morning.

The JMPD’s Wayne Minnaar says the accident has caused heavy heavy delays and advised motorists to rather use Rand show road to leave Soweto.

“A major accident has occurred on Chris Hani road at the intersection of Collinder in Soweto where one person has died after an accident involving a car an a military vehicle. Motorists are advised to avoid Chris Hani road going past the Chris Hani hospital.”

Minnaar says the cause of the accident will be investigated,.
