The Muslim Lawyers Association says it will continue to speak truth to power, narrow the earth for tyrants and heal the breasts of believers and the oppressed.
The organisation has lodged complaints with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) calling for the investigation, arrest and prosecution of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes and crime against humanity.
The organisation says they believe it’s their Islamic duty to use all means at its disposal to defend Islam and Muslims and all oppressed people in the world from the injustices perpetrated by tyrants and oppressors.
The MLA’s Feroz Boda has urged people to join the effort and make Dua for the Ummah and the oppressed.
“Muslim life, blood and honour is priceless. Be it Kashmir, Damascus, Gaza, Xinjiang Province, or Myanmar. Ours is the obligation, without fear or favour, to obey ALLAH (SWT) and our prophet (saw) and stand firmly for justice, disallowing any special allegiance to tribe, nation or race.”
