[LISTEN] Global Islamic Financial Services Scoops Islamic Finance Specialist award at Corporate LiveWire Global Awards

Mufti Ismail Desai, shariah investment and investment banking and corporate advisor at Global Islamic Financial Services has scooped the prestigious Islamic Finance Specialist award at the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards 2020/2021.

The Corporate LiveWire Global Awards recognises excellence from all sectors and offers the opportunity for leading professionals and companies who have stood out for being results driven, innovative, and service focused to showcase their expertise, and highlight developments in their industry.

Speaking to Radio Islam on Friday, Mufti Desai says the award was based on an international selection of Islamic financial institutions.

“Global Islamic Finances was one of ten firms that was chosen for this prestigious and covered international award. Alhamdulillah we achieved this award with flying colours and we hope Insha’Allah that this award is also a testament to all of our staff, our clients, our stakeholders in terms of their hard work, passion and commitment to promoting Islamic finance.”

Mufti Desai conveyed his appreciation and gratitude to his teachers including his father who taught him in the Iftah class.
