November 17, 2016

Faizel Patel, Radio Islam News – 17-11-2016

A teacher who allegedly made Islamophobic comments to a learner at a Lenasia school has apologised unconditionally for his remarks.

Educator L.G. Ledwaba from Apex Primary allegedly hit the Islamic headgear of a Muslim pupil and also allegedly made a remark that Muslim kids are terrorists.

In a statement, Ledwaba says he is sorry for the remarks and respects all religions.

“I am prepared to be educated about the teachings and beliefs of the Islamic faith and therefore I would like to attend an organisation that would able to be more knowledgeable about the religion.”
