Lenasia Muslim School Postpones Re-Opening After Learner Tests Positive for COVID-19

The Lenasia Muslim School has confirmed that a learner has tested positive for COVID-19 and that the reopening of the school has been postponed until further notice.

In a statement, LMS says that all relevant authorities have been notified of the situation at the school.

“For the safety of our learners, educators and support staff, the school administration in consultation with the school governing body has decided to postponed the reopening of the school for all grades including Islamic classes until further notice. Online teaching will continue in all grades as was done during the lockdown period.”

LMS says parents will be updated regularly on on the status of the reopening of the school.
