It’s believed residents are protesting over service delivery and housing issues..
The JMPD’s Wayne Minnaar has urges motorists to use alternate routes.
“This is affecting traffic coming from the Orange Farm side to the city as well as Ennerdale. Motorists are urged to use alternative routes. More officers are being sent to the area.”
