Joburg Emergency Services say they will investigate the cause of a fire which broke out at the Jumbo Cash and Carry near the M1 highway in Crown Mines.
It’s understood the fire started in the early hours of this morning.
Joburg Emergency Service Robert Mulaudizi says the cause of the fire is not known.
“We can confirm that we are attending to a fire alongside the Main Reef in Crown Mines. A Jumbo Cash and Carry caught on fire in the early hours of this morning at around 5am. There are no injuries that have been reported so far. Our fire investigating team will be investigating the cause of the fire.”
