It Will Now Take You Less Than An Hour To Get From KZN To Maputo By Road

Tourism Expert Unathi Henama says the landmark bridge linking Kwazulu Natal and Maputo was built to reduce journey time for motorists travelling between the two countries.

Speaking to Radio Islam, Henama says the building of the bridge has been hailed as a success.

“For the KZN economy about how it will ensure that a lot of Mozambique traders come to South Africa to do business.”

Henama adds that the construction of the bridge has slashed travelling time from Kosi Bay to Maputo from six hours to under an hour.
