CRITERIA
- First time Pilgrim
- South African Passport holder.
- Person from the age of 12 and above
- Person as a Muhram
- Person who has not performed hajj within 5 years(between 1422/2002 and 1426/2006)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Each applicant who intends performing Hajj must complete this APPLICATION form.
- Attach a copy of your passport to this APPLICATION form.
- The APPLICATION form must be completed and signed by the Pilgrim/Parent/Guardian.
- The APPLICATION form must be submitted to the Regional office by the 30th June 2006 by no later than 17h00.
- Incorrect / Incomplete APPLICATION forms will not be accepted
- Request a stamped copy of this form from the SAHUC Regional Office as Proof of application
- You will be informed in writing if your application is successful
- SAHUC shall not be held responsible for any issue in the process that is beyond its control
- The ruling of Accreditation or Declination is binding and there shall be no recourse to any appeal and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- By signing the form the Applicant agrees to the terms and conditions and disclaimer.
DISCLAIMER
Completion of this form in all aspects is material to the consideration of your application with SAHUC to perform hajj in the year 1427 / 2006/7.
SAHUC does not guarantee that the Applicant will perform Hajj in the year of application.
The APPLICATION is subject to the rules and regulations as prescribed by the Hajj Authorities.
A correctly completed APPLICATION will be issued with a Queuing Reference Number on a first come first serve basis.
The Queuing Reference Number issued to you, is NOT transferable and NOT negotiable, any cancellation will revert to SAHUC, for the next application in the queue.
The information supplied in the APPLICATION shall be utilized for the Hajj Assist System (SAHUC National Pilgrim Database)
