FNB Apologises After Glitch Prevents Customers from Accessing Services on App

First National Bank (FNB) has apologised to customers after a glitch in its system prevented customers from accessing services.

Some customers complained on Monday that they were unable to access certain fucntions on the bank’s app.

FNB says while most banking services have not been affected and remain available to customers issues relating to Foreign Exchange, Prepaid Telecommunications including Share Trading services have been resolved.

“Our teams are working to resolve issues related to Lotto, PayPal, Prepaid Electricity and FNB Connect, which remains our utmost priority.”
