Community members and leaders were devastated at discovering another young woman who had been murdered in Atlantis.
Lamees Dilman’s father made the gruesome discovery in a field in Sherwood Park last week, shortly after the 21-year-old was reported missing.
Her half-naked body was found in a shallow grave, with community members stating that they have the assumption that the accused had tried to bury her.
A fellow Sherwood Park resident has since been arrested and has appeared in court on Monday.
