“It’s dark and It’s late
Everyone’s asleep.
I lay here in my bed, restless.
There’s a small something,
twisting and turning in me.
A name to it I cannot place.
My body is tired,
My mind wants to rest,
But sleep I cannot find.
Something is troubling me inside.
I feel sick
I feel helpless
I feel wretched
I feel that I’m the worst on the planet.
Disgusted at my state.
A thousand promises I have made,
Yet I’ve slipped time and time again and broken them all.
I’ve sinned and oppressed myself.
I’m engulfed in darkness.
I feel helpless.
My soul is restless,
As if there is a fire burning deep within.
To whom do I turn?
What can I do to relieve this burn?
“Where is the way out?!”
A voice inside silently screams and then…
Clear as the sun, the answer beams bright.
Radiant, enlightening me with hope:
قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ
لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا
إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
Say, “O My servants (those) who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”

Advice to the youth out there, suffering from sins
Stop right now!
Repent.
Regret .
Have remorse,
Allah is with you
Always.
Remember that whoever does a good deed does so for his own benefit and whosoever commits a sin does so to his own detriment ( only he will suffer the punishment for his sins )
