Police are on the hunt for a group of suspects who robbed a jewelry store of goods worth thousands of Rands at the Hyde Park shopping centre.
It’s understood about six men entered the Boutique Haute Horligerie shop this morning and held up the staff before making off with the valuable items.
The police’s Lungelo Dlamini says shorts were fired but no one was injured during the robbery.
“They smashed the cabinet and stole jewelry worth thousands of Rands. At this stage we don’t know who the suspects are.”
Dlamini says their investigations are continuing.
