South Africans invited to partner and trade with Pakistan

A three-day Pakistan-Africa Trade Development Conference and Exhibition concluded in Sandton this week attended by key South African and Pakistani role-players.

Representatives from the 16 South African Development Countries (SADC) and businessmen participated in the trade conference, whereas around 225 exhibitors and 130 Pakistani companies represented 20 major sectors in the expo.

Radio Islam International sat down with Pakistan’s visiting Commerce Secretary Muhammad Sualeh Ahmed Faruqui on the sidelines of the event to discuss Pakistan-South Africa ties and opportunities for greater collaboration.
