Lenasia Police Station Closed After Member Tests Positive for COVID1-19

The Lenasia Police Station has been temporarily closed after one of its members tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement, the police station says the community service center will be operating from the Lenasia civic center opposite the Lenz taxi rank.

Lenasia residents have been advised to call 10111 for all emergencies and complaints which needs to be attended by Lenasia police station.

Lenasia police station says the  building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed when the station will be operational again

“The member who tested positive, and those he had contact with, are receiving the necessary support.”
