Mias Butchery in Lenasia Closed After Admin Staff Member Tests Positive for COVID-19

Mia’s Butchery in Lenasia has confirmed that an admin staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement to Radio Islam, the butchery says it is taking all the necessary steps in line with the national health legislation and directives.

“Despite this staff member not having contact with the customers or the shop front and products therefore no evident risk to any customers; in the interests of transparency we find it best to inform the public. As a precautionary measure we are closing our business until the 17th June 2020.” 

Mias Butchery says they value their customers and should any risk arise they will advise the public.
