A 31-year-old man has been shot dead and two others wounded in a shootout at a car dealership in Klerksdorp in the North West province.
It’s understood a 35-year-old customer entered the dealership on Monday when an argument ensued between him, the manager and the owners son about a business transaction.
The police’s Aafje Bothma says they are investigating cases of murder and attempted murder.
“He shot one guy in the chest, he died on the scene and two other people were transported to the hospital with injuries. The suspect handed himself over to the police”
Bothma says the suspect is expected to appear in court soon.
