One of the oldest Qur’an’s that exists in the world today hails from the 7th or 8th century.
The holy book is attributed to be from amongst the original Qur’ans the third Calipha of Islam Hazrat Uthman (RA) had ordered to be written and distributed in major Muslim cities across the world.
Renowned Islamic scholar Ml Ebrahim Bham who is on tour of Uzbekistan says the details of the Qur’an can be found on an attached plague at the entrance of a museum in the country.
The Qur’an of Uthman (RA) is housed in the library of The Board of Muslims of Uzbekistan.
The Holy Qur’an was revealed to Nabi Muhammad (SAW) by Allah through the Angel Jibreel (AS) more than 1440 years ago.
