August 22, 2018

Faizel Patel, Radio Islam News – 22-08-2018

With just a few days before the conclusion of Hajj, a South African man has passed away while performing salaah in Azizia in Saudi Arabia.

It’s understood 65-year-old Mohammed Khalil Ebrahim from Durban in KwaZulu-Natal was in the ruku position during Esha salaah on Wednesday when he passed away peacefully.

Hajji Ebrahim was part of the World of Travel group who embarked on the journey of Hajj.

Speaking to Radio Islam, Ml Muhammad Vanker says the passing away of Hajji Ebrahim who was on hajj with his family is an enviable death.

“According to a brother  I spoke to earlier on, he came with the intention of passing away on this amazing journey of hajj. Perhaps he might have made dua on Arafah, Mina, Muzdalifah and Allah blessed him with an enviable death.”

Ml Vanker says Hajji Ebrahim had just finished hajj and passed away in the position of Ruku.

Hajji Ebrahim will be laid to rest in Makkah.
