On the second day of the beautiful month of Ramadan, renowned Islamic scholar Ml Sulaiman Moola has stressed on the importance of appreciating the lessons of pious and knowledgeable Ulama.
Ml Moola was rendering the Tafseer at Radio Islam studios in Lenasia following the recitation of the the Qur’an on the second night of taraweeh.
He says one of the great scholars of the past was asked what the attraction or force was behind his dars (lessons) because they were more attracted to his teachings.
“He said: ‘That daily before going for Fajr salaah, I would recite ten juz of the Qur’an with the hope and barakah that Allah could effect in my words and my dars throughout the day. So may Allay connect us with his speech and his words.”
