Israel’s Actions Will Not Go Unpunished – Al Burai

May 18, 2018

Mohamed Ameen Dabhelia – 2018/05/18

A lecturer at Istanbul’s Aydin University – Ahmed Al Burai told Radio Islam that Turkey is outraged over the latest Israeli violence towards Palestinians that resulted in the killing of 62 with many protests taking place all over the country as well as reactions from several political parties.

Al Burai says Israel should know that their actions would not go unpunished.

“Israel should know that by violating international law, by committing these kinds of massacres and killings against people and civilians, innocent children, a journalist, people on wheelchairs, all these things will not pass without some kind of punishment.”

He adds that Turkey is the only country in the Arab world to condemn the violent attacks committed by Israel.

“Or the Muslim world that you hear a very strong condemnation, very strong actions on the ground, the way they dealt with their ambassador in Ankara, the way they expelled the ambassador and summoned their ambassadors in Washington and Tel Aviv to Turkey.”

There have been several public protests all over Turkey, some of which were in front of the U.S. and Israeli embassies and consulate.
