Businessman & Assistant Found Murdered in Limpopo After Reported Missing

Limpopo police have launched a manhunt for suspects involved in the murder of a businessman and his assistant after they were reported missing in Letsitele, outside Tzaneen.

Its understood 41-year-old Salim Vally and 31-year-old Victor Baloyi were on their way to Giyani yesterday when they were hijacked. 

The matter was reported to police and a massive search operation for the duo was conducted. 

The police’s Moatshe Ngoepe says the motive behind the incident is still unclear and investigations are continuing. 

“It is alleged that the two deceased were from Giyani to Nwajaheni in the Letsitele Policing area but they never arrived. A search operation ensued until they were bother found killed and their bodies dumped in the bushes yesterday afternoon. At this stage there is no arrests.”

Ngoepe has appealed to anyone with information about the incident to contact the police.
