There will be relief for motorists at the pumps as the energy department announced a significant drop in the price of petrol.
The department says all grades of petrol will decrease from Wednesday.
Motorists can expect to pay 69 cents less per litre for 93 octane, while 95 octane will decrease by 68 cents.
Both grades of diesel will go down by 60 cents a litre, while illuminating paraffin will decrease by between 57 and 76 cents a litre.
The department says the decreases were due to the average international product prices of petrol, diesel, and illuminating paraffin decreasing during the period under review (June 2 to June 29).
