Former ‘Generations’ Actor & DJ Mandla Hlatshwayo Killed in Soweto

Police are searching for at least 4 men who shot and killed Former Generations actor and Jozi FM DJ Mandla Hlatshwayo and his friend in Soweto.

It’s understood the pair confronted the suspects after they tried to rob patrons at a pub in Pimville last night

The police’s Hitler Ngwena says they are investigating a case of premeditated murder.

“Two victims were killed by four unknown armed males. They went inside the pub and shot the victims. They were trying to rob everyone when the two victims were shot and killed.”

Jozi FM CEO Mpho Mhlongo confirmed on Twitter that Hlatshwayo had been killed.
