Parricide & The British colonial roots of the South Sudan conflict

In todays programme Umm Abdillah discusses parricide, a term synonymous with a child killing his or her parents. This, in light of the son of a prominent Pietermaritzburg Muslim businessman confessing to hiring people to murder his father during a staged robbery. She ends  with one of the most harrowing experiences that Abu Ubaidah (radi Allahu anhu) had to go through of having to kill his father at Badr. Umm Abdillah also discusses how religion has been deliberately cultivated as a pivotal factor in the Sudanese conflict by the British.
