One person has been killed and two others injured after their car collided with a truck on the N12 in Westonaria.
It`s understood paramedics were on their way to hospital last night when they came across the collision.
ER24`s Werner Vermaak says the cause of the accident is being investigated.
“Paramedics arrived on the scene to find the two men with various injuries. Both the men were extricated out of the vehicle with the help of the local fire department. Sadly the women in the vehicle sustained fatal injuries and she was declared dead on the scene.”
Vermaak says the injured patients were transferred to various hospitals for further treatment.
