Transforming Adversity into Success

One of the most difficult questions of all to answer is: “Why do bad things happen to good people?” There is a Chinese parable that says, ‘life is likened to an intricate piece of embroidery. From the back, it is a meaningless mass of tangled threads, with no apparent design. But on the other side there’s the perfect pattern of embroidery with not a stitch out of place.’

So it is with life and its challenges. How often it is the things we would count as heavy and Burdensome that in fact lift us up to reveal how all things work together to ultimately create a flawless design.

The gem cannot be polished without friction and I cannot be perfected without trials.
