A 6-month-old baby boy has been killed after he was bitten multiple times by a dog at a residence in Primrose, Johannesburg.
While the exact details surrounding the attack is not known, paramedics say they arrived on the scene on Wednesday where they found the lifeless body of the child.
ER24’s Russel Meiring says authorities were on scene for further investigations.
“Paramedics assessed the young boy and found that he had sustained several serious bite wounds and showed no signs of life. Unfortunately, the boy had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing more could be done and he was declared dead.”
