At least 18 people have been killed and 12 others seriously injured after the taxi they were in rolled down the Msunduzi Valley in Pietermaritzburg.
The accident is believed to have occurred just before 11am this morning.
ER24’s Russel Meiring says the cause of the accident is being investigated.
“We understand a taxi crashed off the bridge in Msunduzi Valley and rolled down the embankment, ejecting the occupants,”
